Our Mission
The mission of the AIE is to advise and guide others on how to tap into the underutilized potential within them by using Esports. In short how to impact the lives of our youth and what they they are capable of achieving through targeted structured gameplay.
Esports has been and always will be the most popular form of youth competition, actually dwarfing all other sports combined with a 93% penetration of youth between the ages of 5-23.
And the lessons that can be learned makes Esports and gaming the perfect gateway for people to develop and enhance the skillsets that are needed for our youth to succeed like never before.
Controlling The Culture of Esports
When we organize our youth into groups to compete together in teams, we unintentionally created a culture that grew exponentially. A culture which made it easy for them to grow together as individuals, that support each other.
Within this culture, the AIE has identified ways to use Esports as a tool for educational purposes. To focus on things such as teaching statistics to K-5 aged youth (using Minecraft), as an aid for STEM/STEAM students to learn and retain more while having fun and to simplify the application of the skillsets needed for Drone Piloting, Social Media Communication, Critical Thinking, Leadership Skills and so much more.
Currently we are amongst a very small sector of the Esports industry that is making connections such as this and we can do the same for you and your industry, to help you use Esports as a pathway to recruit, train and improve your industry, in a way that’s fun and makes sense.
Our goal is to create a network of Esports labs with the properly trained faculty needed to grow Esports programs to meet the demands of today’s gamers.

Our Founder
Joshua graduated Suma Cum Laude, at the top of his class, with a Bachelor Degree in Sports Management / Leadership Track and Esports. He also earned Elite status as an Esports Athlete with 3 perfect games and 2 conference championship wins.
Joshua teachings are used to build and create Esports labs that bridge Esports competition with both education and the workplace. He is authored and well recognized for using his teachings to bridge the gap between Esports & Drone Piloting.
